This document describes provisions on shipping and delivery of goods present on the novavoy.com website during client’s orders fulfillment. Please read this document carefully.

To deliver your goods we use third party carriers such as Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post), DHL Express and EMS.

The terms and methods described in this document are informational only and may be changed by carrier at any time, We can’t be responsible for actions of third party carriers.

The same time We guarantee you replacement in case of damaged goods and refund in case of missing delivery according to the terms and conditions of the applicable law.

⏰ Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volumes periods (e.g., Black Friday, New Year & Christmas holidays, etc.) processing time may take longer than usual. In such cases you will receive appropriate email.

🚚 Methods of shipping

Currently We offer You shipping via Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) and DHL Express. These carriers let Us provide You as domestic delivery as delivery over EU countries or international delivery.

Domestic delivery (over Hungary)

Delivery over Hungary is made by Us using MPL Business parcel of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post).

This shipping method provides full tracking service for Your parcel.

EU delivery

Delivery over EU countries (excluding Hungary) is made by Us using MPL Europe Standard of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) or Európa+ parcel of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) depending on Your shipping address.

You can order DHL Express delivery over EU countries. DHL Express shipment method charged additionally to the goods price.

There is full tracking service for Your parcel during EU delivery.

International delivery

We can offer you fast and reliable international delivery by international EMS express mail or DHL Express.

These shipment methods cover 100+ countries in the world.

There is full tracking service for Your parcel during international delivery.

📦 Delivery time

Domestic delivery (over Hungary)

For orders over 37 000 HUF or 100 EUR the term of delivery is 1 business day due to priority service.

Orders lower 37 000 HUF or 100 EUR the term of delivery in 85% cases is no longer than 2 business days after the date of shipping and in 95% cases is no longer than 3 business days.

EU delivery

MPL Europe Standard or Európa+ parcel of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) usually takes is 2-4 business days depending on Your shipping address.

DHL Express delivery over EU countries usually takes 1-2 days depending on Your shipping address.

International delivery

EMS shipment method can take up to 10-12 business day for delivery depending from your shipping address.

DHL Express international delivery usually takes 2-4 business days worldwide.

💵 Costs

Domestic delivery (over Hungary)

Orders lower 37 000 HUF or 100 EUR are charged depending on parcel size and weight. The shipping costs and method will be indicated on the checkout page.

Orders over 37 000 HUF or 100 EUR subject to domestic delivery (over Hungary) are free of charge.

EU delivery

Orders lower 74 000 HUF or 200 EUR are charged depending on Your shipping address and method, parcel size and weight.

Orders over 74 000 HUF or 200 EUR subject to EU delivery (ex. Hungary) via MPL Europe Standard or Európa+ parcel of Magyar Posta are free of charge.

DHL Express delivery over EU countries always charged depending on Your shipping address, parcel size and weight.

The shipping costs and method will be indicated on the checkout page.

International delivery

Orders over 185 000 HUF or 500 EUR subject to EMS international delivery are free of charge.

DHL Express international delivery always charged depending your shipping address, parcel size and weight.

The shipping costs and method will be indicated on the checkout page.

🔍 Tracking orders

Every shipping method We offer (domestic, EU, worldwide) provides tracking service for Your parcel. After Your order is processed, We will email You the tracking number and the carrier. You can check the status of the parcel on the carrier’s website.

🤝 Parcel acceptance

Goods are delivered to the address provided by you and in the manner outlined in the order summary.

Upon delivery, please check the content and report any issues promptly using the contact details provided in this document or as outlined in the delivery note. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it.

⚠️ Damaged or lost items

Sometimes items get damaged or go missing in transit, unfortunately, these things happen!

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it. In such case the parcel will be returned to Us and We contact you to change the goods or refund.

If the parcel doesn’t reach you on estimated time please wait, unfortunately there is delivery delays sometime. We can’t be responsible for carrier’s duties.

Anyway, if the parcel won’t reach you within 30 days from the shipment date during domestic or EU delivery or 60 days during international delivery the refund is guaranteed.

🚫 Shipping restrictions

Please be advised that We don’t ship goods to the following counties:

Cuba, Iran, Norh Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Burundi, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Niger, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Darfur, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Some regions of Ukraine such as Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

💰 Customs and import taxes

Please be advised that domestic (over Hungary) and EU deliveries are free of customs, import taxes and other duties.

The same time international parcels may be the subject for customs, import taxes and other duties. The shipping cost doesn’t include these fees, and they may be required to pay additionally when the parcel reaches Your country.

If you don’t certain upon applicable fees during international delivery, please, contact your local customs authorities.
